Desensitization protocols aim to reduce the titers of anti-ABO antibodies, thereby minimizing the risk of ABMR.Plasmapheresis, immunoadsorption, and splenectomy are among the techniques employed to remove circulating antibodies. To prevent ABMR and optimize graft outcomes, a combination of immunosuppressive medications is administered.Induction therapies, maintenance immunosuppression, and B-cell-targeted therapies are commonly used to attain immunological tolerance. The purpose of this study is to assess the graft and patient outcome of ABOi LDKT carried out in a tertiary care facility in northwest India.
