In April 2023, Kevin et. al. published that ``bivalent Moderna and Pfizer mRNA vaccines reveals nanogram to microgram quantities of expression vector dsDNA per dose'' by sequencing the vaccine vials (1).Till date there is no study showing the presence of these DNA contaminants in vaccinated individuals. This study reports the presence of vaccine components - the expected SARS-Cov2 spike mRNA and the undesired DNA components - in the blood of vaccinated individuals from multiple studies.
