The DC transmission busbar is the transmission medium used by the fusion superconducting magnet power supply to supply power to the superconducting magnet, responsible for the transmission of large currents. During longterm operation of the busbar, heating problems often occur. This article proposes a predictive model for busbar temperature rise, which obtains high current busbar temperature rise data through experimental methods and calculates the thermal resistance matrix of the busbar. The thermal resistance matrix can be used to predict busbar temperature rise under different operating current conditions. The establishment of the busbar thermal resistance model provides important reference value for the design and manufacturing of the busbar
