The work studies the surface grinding of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) specimens, evaluating material properties and the machining process. An experimental procedure was implemented to collect data during machining to support statistical analysis. Statistical analysis was implemented, mainly based on material properties, which computes roughness achieved after machining by varying cutting speed, feed velocity, and cutting depth, giving helpful information to apply different configurations and strategies.
