Introduction Primary diffuse chronic rhinosinusitis with/without nasal polyps (CRSw/sNP) can be clinically divided into 2 endotypes: T2 and non-T2. Locally, T2 CRSwNP is characterized by IgE, eosinophilia, Th2 cytokines and downregulation of Treg cytokines. The expression patterns of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PMBC) in the different CRS endotypes have not yet been characterized.
