Introduction The NSAID-exacerbated respiratory disease (N-ERD) is often associated with severe courses of chronicrhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). Aspirin desensitizations are performed as a therapeutic option todelay recurrences of nasal polyps (NP). However, somepatients describe this therapy as ineffective or patients reportside effects during therapy. In the following case description, an unusual deterioration of clinical nasal and pneumologicparameters is reported after discontinuation of aspirindesensitization therapy.
