Introduction The OSIA OSI 200 is a new implantable bone conduction hearing system that transmits sound vibrations to the inner ear using piezo technology. The implant (BI300) is connected to a bone conduction implant. The SoundArc is a bracket for attaching sound processors and offers a non-surgical wearing option. This study investigates how the SoundArc preoperative wear trial can predict hearing with the OSIA.
