Introduction After resection of a cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma of the auricle, patients often suffer from esthetic impairment. Due to the advanced age of these patients, they often lack fine motor skills, as a result of which the fitting of an epithesis can be impossible. For esthetic rehabilitation, auricular reconstruction in dependance of the individual patients needs is necessary. In this case report, our approach of a combined reconstruction of the middle third of the auricle and the earlobe is presented.
