Introduction Diffuse primary chronic rhinosinisitis (CRS) is a widely spread disease with a prevalence of 5.5-28% among the European population, often resulting in a lower quality of life (QoL). Since the EPOS-guidelines 2020 CRS has been subclassified into a type 2 and non-type 2 endotype. The purpose of the current study was to investigate whether the endotype correlates with a certain impact of the patients QoL.
