This work presents the simulation of Closed-Loop Control (CLC) for a Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor used in an Electric Vehicle (EV) application. To regulate a BLDC motor, a variety of techniques are available. This work focuses on using fuzzy logic and flyback converter to for the speed control of brushless DC (BLDC) motors, which is used to drive the electric motors of fan, servo applications and other motion controls, because of their advantageous mechanical and electrical characteristics. The analysis of BLDC through simulation is performed using MATLAB and using the outcomes of the simulation, the motor's performance is examined. Using the created MATLAB/Simulink model, the dynamic characteristics of the brushless DC motor are monitored and studied. The simulation results are validated with hardware implementation.
