The work proposes to qualify actions (inaction) in violation of the established regime as contempt of court with the imposition of a court fine for this. A measure of procedural coercion for persons who do not want to submit to the regime of a closed court session will be their removal from the courtroom. Such a measure as removal does not take into account cases when the meeting is declared closed initially, in particular, when the hearing of the case continues behind closed doors after an adjournment or break in the court session.
