This study introduces a self-service ticketing kiosk designed for resort accommodation and activities, integrating hardware components such as a bill and coin acceptor, microcontroller, and touch screen monitor. The web application powering the kiosk was developed using JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), PHP, and MySQL for database management. The primary objective was to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction of the developed system. Effectiveness was measured through task completion rates, while efficiency was evaluated based on recorded time spent on tasks. User satisfaction was evaluated using the System Usability Scale. Results indicate significant improvements in both effectiveness and efficiency, with a 100% task completion rate and overall relative efficiency observed in the final trial, suggesting minimal user errors once familiarity with the kiosk interface is achieved. Participant feedback revealed that users found the kiosk easy to use and convenient, with its functions seamlessly integrated. Overall, the kiosk exhibited strong performance, achieving a 78.975% rating, and demonstrating a high level of usability.
