Some Problems of Bringing to Disciplinary Responsibility: Review of Cancelled Penalties in the Emercom of Russia for the Period From 2016 to 2023

This article examines the analysis of the canceled disciplinary penalties imposed on the personnel of EMERCOM of Russia in the period from 2016 to 2023. Based on statistical data, categories of personnel and types of disciplinary penalties that were canceled both during internal proceedings and in court are identified. The federal districts in which the territorial bodies of EMERCOM of Russia are identified, disciplinary penalties imposed in violation of the established procedure or unlawfully are canceled only in court. Appropriate recommendations are given for officials of EMERCOM of Russia on the application of disciplinary practice.
