Research on the Innovation of Student Management in Colleges and Universities based on Big Data

Colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating excellent talents, and how to utilize scientific management to comprehensively improve the learning ability, cognitive ability and humanistic literacy of college students is an important issue facing colleges and universities at present. Especially in the big data environment, the thoughts and values of college students are easily swayed by multiculturalism, which poses a serious challenge to management. For this reason, it is necessary to actively explore countermeasures to solve the problem in order to better promote the reform and development of school management, to ensure the quality of school management, and to promote the development of correct values among students.
