Niobium diselenide (NbSe <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> ) has become an attractive material due to its extraordinary physical properties of superconducting transition and doping of NbSe <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> with other material could boost the device performance. In this work, we have synthesized NbSe <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> -ZNRs hybrid materials that exhibit excellent photoresponse of 11,000 compared with ZnO nanorods (128). Notably, the photoresponsivity reaches up to 60mA/W. The present research work based on NbSe <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> -ZNRs is promising approach towards to the synthesis of hybrid optical materials for advanced photodetector device fabrications.
