In response to rising energy prices and growing environmental awareness, governments worldwide are increasingly promoting renewable energy (Menz, Vachon, 2006). Wind power, the second-fastest-growing renewable energy technology (American Wind Energy Association, 2004), is a focus of Taiwan's government as it addresses offshore challenges. Training in wind power generation is crucial, and this paper develops a virtual reality serious game using the Unity engine for basic technical training in Hydraulic & Electrical systems. The goal is to familiarize trainees quickly with operations, employing the ADDIE model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process for content evaluation. Wind energy experts stress the importance of effectiveness assessment, knowledge transferability, and task practicality in game design.
