Sir, With victims frequently suffering from severe physical and psychological stress, human trafficking is a persistent and worrying global problem. The special health-care requirements of victims of human trafficking are addressed in large part by forensic nursing. In dealing with cases of human trafficking, this study examines the value of a multidisciplinary approach in forensic nursing.[1] The study examines the complicated issues posed by human trafficking, such as the difficulties in identifying the victims and determining both their urgent and long-term health-care needs. It looks at the crucial part played by forensic nurses in gathering physical and psychological evidence, delivering survivors supportive treatment in a kind and nonjudgmental way, and providing trauma-informed care. Resources must be set aside for forensic nurses' ongoing training and education if this interdisciplinary approach is to be strengthened further. This will provide them with the information and skills needed to successfully address the intricate problems posed by human trafficking.[2] Improved interprofessional communication, clear protocols, and guidelines are also essential elements. They can speed up the response procedure, ensuring that survivors get the treatment and support they require right away.[3] This study also highlights the importance of cooperation between forensic nurses and other stakeholders, such as law enforcement, social services, legal advocates, and community organizations. It examines the advantages of this multidisciplinary approach in assuring a comprehensive response to cases of human trafficking, one that extends beyond medical care to include legal protection, psychological well-being, and the reintegration of survivors into society.[4,5] The study's recommendations for forensic nursing in situations of human trafficking are extensive and sympathetic. The only way to successfully and morally address this urgent problem is with a multidisciplinary strategy that includes the knowledge of forensic nurses. By doing this, we can collaborate to ensure that survivors receive the care, encouragement, and justice they are due. Financial support and sponsorship Nil.
