A large-scale multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system's high power consumption (PC) and increased system complexity are caused by high-resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), which lowers the system's energy efficiency (EE). For both single-user (SU) and multi-user (MU) MIMO systems, we suggest a hybrid precoding and beamforming structure with sigma-delta ADCs at the receiver in order to solve this issue. Through the beam domain (BD) distributions of channels, the suggested technique has improved upon the shortcomings associated with the use of low-resolution ADCs by optimizing the transmit powers at the base station (BS). By reducing inter-user interference (IUI) and thus raising the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the BD method has boosted the system's gain. The spectral efficiency (SE) has therefore increased. As a result, the suggested approach achieves a large improvement in SE and EE while requiring less sophisticated software and no additional hardware. It is assumed that both the transmitter and the receivers are aware of the channel state information (CSI). Various scenarios' simulation results are run through, and performance analysis is completed.
