Multi-Criteria Assessment of Students Performance Integrating AHP, Entropy and TOPSIS

In recent years, the active implementation of internet facilitated the on-line forms of education at all levels. However, the experience during the COVID pandemics raised some concerns about virtual environment's impact on the results at the different stages of the education process. In this situation, it is necessary to adapt the monitoring and analysis of the acquisition of targeted knowledge and skills. This paper employs multi-criteria approach to explore students' performance based on the combination Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the objective data treatment with classical entropy with a recently developed approach based on hierarchy of information. The final evaluation is based on the "Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)".
