A circular polarized beam-steerable reflectarray antenna with an electromagnetic control mechanism is presented in this communication. The phase reflection of the proposed reflectarray unit elements is altered by physically moving a pin actuator between two positions using electromagnetism. The proposed design is simulated to have an impedance bandwidth of more than 4.8 GHz and a -3 dB gain bandwidth is more than 2.25 GHz. The realized circularly polarized gain is found to be 21.2 dBi at the center frequency of 25 GHz. The antenna can beam-steer in an 85-degree range with a gain drop of less than 3 dB.
