This study presents the design and analysis of a broadband polarization conversion metasurface aimed at reducing radar cross section (RCS). The metasurface comprises periodic diamond-shaped metal sheets, offering a substantial polarization rotation bandwidth spanning from 18.42 to 33.90 GHz. Integration with a circularly polarized antenna yields an average RCS reduction of 10 dB within the 15–40 GHz frequency range.
