EIT-like phenomena have been constructed traditionally by interfering with electrical and magnetic resonances. In this work, we proposed a novel method to analog the phenomenon by toroidal dipole instead of the traditional magnetic dipole. Toroidal moment as dark mode excited by DSRRs structure will interfere with electric moment excited by CW structure coming out of enhanced mode and weaken mode, in which an EIT-like resonance that can be adjusted by configuration distance. The constitutive mechanism of this phenomenon is quantitatively analyzed relying on multipole decomposition. This method has potential applications in electromagnetism, photonics, and sensing.
