An inclined slot linear array antenna based on semi-substrate-integrated coaxial line (Semi-SICL) technology is presented in this paper. The radiating element of the antenna consists of an inclined slot etched on one side of the top metal layer of the semi-SICL. To achieve impedance matching of the antenna, blind vias and ring slots between the inclined open stub and bottom layer of the semi-SICL are designed under each radiation slot. A five-inclined slot linear array was designed and its comprehensive performance was analyzed. The −10dB impedance bandwidth is 36.04-37.5GHz, which has a peak gain of 10.88 dBi at 37.2GHz.
