The proposed antenna in this paper is a millimeter-wave(MMW) dual-band slot array antenna, which utilizes a newly emerging substrate integrated coaxial line(SICL) technique. The radiation element of the antenna is comprised of slots that etched along one side of the top metal layer of the SICL. The −10dB impendence bandwidths are 25.3-25.7GHz and 27.3-28.5 GHz, and the corresponding peak gain of 9.84dBi and 10.44dBi are observed at 25.54GHz and 27.75GHz. The designed array antenna demonstrates the feasibility and versatility of SICL in the designs of multi-band antennae.
