In this paper, a multifunctional coding metasurface based on spatial multiplexing is proposed to electromagnetically modulate circularly polarized(CP) waves at different frequencies for different functions. The design consists of C-shaped metal patches in circular grooves(CMCG) and circular and C-shaped split ring metal patches(CSM). By adjusting the opening direction of the corresponding C-shaped metal patches, the phase and amplitude responses at different frequencies can be obtained. In the upper space, the vortex beam is achieved at 18.5GHz, while in the lower space, the dual-point focusing function is achieved at 37.5GHz. This multifunctional coding metasurface has a wide range of application potentials and can play an important role in communication, radar, imaging, and other fields.
