Ensuring food security on the basis of lysine and other amino acids import-substituting production development using the fermentation method

the article presents the results of a study of the processes of ensuring food security based on the development of import-substituting production of lysine and other amino acids using the fermentation method. The dynamics of lysine in the Russian Federation, Belarus, China, and the countries of the European Union were analyzed. Opportunities and promising directions for increasing the production of domestic feed additives used in animal husbandry have been identified.
