As a crucial site for practical teaching, safety management in vocational college training rooms is still primarily manual, which is both unsafe and inconvenient. To address this issue, Internet of Things (IoT) technology can be employed to support intelligent management of training rooms. Therefore, a safety management system for training rooms has been designed, utilizing IoT technology. This system's composition, as well as the design of its software and hardware, will be discussed. The training room management system is designed using sensor technology, ZigBee, and other IoT applications. The system includes hardware, software, and a management platform. Data is communicated wirelessly in real-time through Zigbee technology using a control terminal based on the STM32F103C8 processor. The control program and management platform are designed using C language. The door can be easily opened by swiping the card and starting the training equipment with a single key, using a safety management system that solves some of the disadvantages of manual management.
