Traditional methods for evaluating the operating status of cigarette markets suffer from limitations such as coarse granularity, low efficiency, and inaccurate results. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an intelligent evaluation model based on the XGBoost algorithm, aiming to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of assessing the operating status of cigarette markets. Using Linyi City as a case study, three cigarette specifications, namely "Zhenlong (Meirenxiangcao)," "Zhenlong (Lingyun)," and "Zhenlong (Qiyuan)," were selected for validation. The results indicate that the proposed model achieved an evaluation accuracy exceeding 95%, demonstrating practical reliability and potential for widespread application.
