This study proposes of applications involving telemedicine. Several wireless technologies are in use, but a wearable antenna is the best option. This paper develops a wearable antenna. A microstrip patch serves as the antenna. To mimic this antenna, high frequency structure modelling is used (HFSS). a discrete textile antenna for telemedicine uses. Telemedicine is the delivery of live, interactive video medical services to distant areas using telecommunications technology as a medium. The goal of telemedicine and other medical technology is to provide high-quality healthcare remotely. This study's objective is to offer a more practical solution. The front to rear ratio and return loss are decreased as a result of this simulation. The intended antenna's frequency ranges from 4.17 to 4.25GHz. The main advantage of utilising cotton as a substrate is its flexibility. The health parameters that can be wirelessly transmitted to distant locations in telemedicine systems (off body mode). In addition to off body applications, on body mode is necessary for communication between sensory equipment located on or within the patient's body. Copper is used for both the ground plane and antenna patch in antennas.
