A novel approach of a Microstrip antenna-Hilbert curve design on a square patch structure working in ISM band and SAR analysis is considered in the brain tumor detection analysis which is presented in this paper. It can be printed directly in microwave system board. The broad operating bandwidth of 1.9-2.5GHz or 5.3 to 5.6GHz which is an ISM band used for wearable biomedical applications which is flexible due to the textile material present in the substrate. Wearable technology ensures a biological compatibility between the human body and the antenna system, the interaction between the human head and antenna is considered. The primary goal was to examine the antenna parameters and their effects on the measured SAR as functions of the ground plane and the patch's slot design, as well as the antenna's placement on brain phantom. This bio medical antenna made an impact in the performance when it is brought near the head model and SAR is effectively reduced and it is working in ISM band. The analysis is made in antenna-free space propagation with and without phantom simulation by using HFSS. This noninvasive bio analysis helps to tabulate the performance in free space as well as in human head interaction.
