Aiming at the problem that a high proportion of wind power integration will weaken the frequency stability of the power system, this paper proposes a unit commitment model considering the frequency support of wind power and maximum frequency deviation constraint. Firstly, based on the higher-order average system frequency model with wind power, the dynamic response equation of power system frequency is obtained. Secondly, by constructing the method of frequency deviation curve, the average system frequency model is opened-loop, and an analytical expression of the maximum frequency deviation constraint is derived. Thirdly, this expression is incorporated into the traditional unit commitment model through piecewise linearization methods. Finally, the validity and practicality of the proposed model is verified by testing the modified IEEE 39-bus system and the Guangdong power grid in China. The solution results show that, compared to the traditional unit commitment, considering frequency constraint can more accurately reflect the phenomenon of frequency weakening, while potentially increasing operating costs and exacerbating the degree of wind curtailment, and giving full play to the frequency regulation capability of wind power can effectively alleviate the above problems.
