This document puts forward a highly efficient scheduling plan for electric vehicles on a large scale in the event of road-network coupling faults. Firstly, in the transmission network layer, an upper-level optimal scheduling model is established. Secondly, in the distribution network layer, with the goal of reducing network loss, considering the spatial migration characteristics of electric vehicles under network security constraints and 'road-network' coupling faults. Finally, the power system simulation model is established, and the proposed bi-level optimization strategy is simulated and analyzed, which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed bi-level optimization scheduling strategy.
