This study uses Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis with Solid Edge 2022 and ANSYS 24.0 to evaluate chassis designs for T4 class vehicles, with an emphasis on structures made of E250 and E600 steel. The primary goals are to do structural analysis, calculate failure parameters, evaluate safety factors, compare materials, and analyse costs. The study's goal is to maximize chassis design in terms of structural integrity, cost-effectiveness, and safety criteria. The results show that E600 steel has greater safety factors, indicating a preference for improved structural reliability.
