This study examines the relationships between toxic masculinity, self-esteem, and mental health among adult males. Through a quantitative correlational study involving 201 participants aged 18 to 30 from India, the research investigated the impact of toxic masculinity on self-esteem and mental health using regression analysis. The findings indicate no significant relationship between toxic masculinity and self-esteem, while a strong correlation was observed between toxic masculinity and mental health. These results suggest that while toxic masculinity may not directly influence self-esteem levels, it plays a crucial role in shaping mental health outcomes among adult males.
