In view of the 17 interrelated Sustainable Development Aims formulated, we first use the grey correlation degree correlation degree coupling model for analysis and processing to obtain the correlation degree and relationship network diagram. Then, we use the DEMATEL model to draw a causal relationship diagram and predict the goals for the next 10 years. Finally, the Grey Relational Grade ISD coupling model is used to obtain the development goal with the highest correlation degree with the Sustainable Development Goals. After assuming that the development goals with the highest correlation with the sustainable development goals are achieved, we analyse the relationship network diagram between the remaining SDGs and discuss the top three SDGs with the highest correlation. This paper implements a relationship network graph generated from 17 SDGs, and discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the Grey Relational Grade, ISM model, and DEMATEL model, leaving room for further research.
