The Co-curricular bank of credits system is an effective web based platform that is developed using web technologies. This platform offers a seamless experience for students, faculty, and Heads of Departments (HODs) to track, verify, and assign credits to co-curricular achievements, such as technical and non-technical competitions at various levels, cultural events, community service, and leadership roles. The user-friendly interface will be used by the students to showcase their achievements by uploading the certificate received. The faculty will be the first authority to scrutinize the certificate. The faculty can either approve the certificate or reject it. After the approval of the faculty, the HOD is the second authority to verify or reject the certificate and state the reason for rejection. The credit allocation algorithm considers participation levels, prize ranks, and competition tiers, ensuring fair and weighted credit assignment and encouraging students to excel at higher levels and in diverse categories. The Co-curricular bank of credits system provides an excellent platform to showcase and quantify candidates' achievements.
