Prospects of the Development of Online Settlement of Disputes Including the Ones over Land Law Matters

The article discusses the issues of implementing online dispute resolution in the Russian Federation. Modern information technologies are now being used in the judicial system. Disputes involving land plots and objects closely related to them will remain relevant for many years, as property rights to them are a key element of ownership. “Online Justice” developed and gradually implemented in modern realities, should be seen as a specific tool aimed at ensuring the maximum efficiency of court activities. The need for its testing is driven by a transition to a qualitatively new stage that will allow settling many disputed issues and advancing cutting-edge technologies in the judicial system.
