We report a case of 65-year-old female with abdominal and thigh pain was diagnosed with NF based on clinical and radiological findings. Urgent surgical debridement and exploratory laparotomy revealed a perforated colon cancer mass with retroperitoneal abscess. The patient underwent left hemicolectomy, subsequent debridements, followed by left lower limb disarticulation. Histopathological examination confirmed adenocarcinoma.
