Laboratory analysis shows increased amino acid content in Agaricus bisporus with iron nanoparticles and biostimulants, suggesting enhanced mushroom quality.
Agaricus bisporus L. production with higher amino acid content will be the most practical approach to help increase the quality of the finished product for the mushroom. Magnetic iron nanoparticles, carbon nanotube suspensions, (EM), the plant growth promoter Atonik (ATO) biostimulant and their combination, in this study, was proposed to enhance the cultivation of the mushroom. The qualitative features of mushroom were also studied. One-Way Multiple comparisons of the mean slide of 16 on four followings and the mean slide of 4 slide of 16 and four-way combination by Duncan’s test statistically significant (P< 0.05). Both the individual and combined effects of the experimental treatments were found to enhance the amino acid content of the mushroom. The N-FeO + CNT + EM + ATO brought the highest jump in amino acids found in mushrooms: Asparagine, Lysine, Threonine, Isoleucine, Alanine, and Valine which were 3.600, 5.27, 5.79, 5.83,5.79, and 5.83 μgm-1 compared to 1.08, 2.70, 2.43, 2.72, 2.34, and 2.72 μgm-1respectively for the Control. Triple combo NFeO+EM+ATO raised aspartic, isoleucine, and alanine where figures stood at 5.60, 5.46, and 5.65 μgm-1respectively vs. 3.16, 2.72, and 2.34 μgm-1 for Control, respectively. Dual EM+ATO significantly raised asparagine, lysine, and serinea 3.190, 5.13, and 5.46 μgm-1respectively. Apply these treatments to improve the sustainable quality of the mushroom.
