This equipment supports experiments and project work in control engineering, suggesting effective learning methods.
The equipment and experiments described in this paper exercise the main ideas in up-to-date university Control Engineering courses. They present realistic, solvable problems, and are aimed at class laboratories, individual project work and, to some degree, research. Four experimentation sets and three ancillary devices are described. The experiments provided with the equipment require CAD facilities of the kind readily available.
