Accessing the internet is an integral part of modern life, providing valuable information and resources globally.Regrettably, visually impaired individuals encounter challenges in accessing text-based content online.Although computer-based accessible systems have improved accessibility, there are still hurdles to overcome. This project proposes a voicemail system architecture specifically designed to enhance email accessibility for blind users. The system enables blind individuals to send and receive email messages using voice commands, outperforming traditional graphical user interfaces (GUIs) of mail servers.Additionally, the system incorporates voice-to-text and text-to-voice techniques to facilitate communication. This inclusive system benefits not only blind users but also those who are unable to read text. With its user-friendly design and interactive voice response technology, the proposed system offers an efficient solution for accessing email content.
