DNA Delivery In article number 2314756, Guy Mechrez and co-workers present gene expression after DNA delivery into intact plant cells by protein nanoparticles. The DNA delivery is carried out by casein nanoparticles. The zeta potential of the CNPs is tuned to obtain successful DNA delivery into the cells of the model plant Nicotiana benthamiana. Confocal fluorescence microscopy results show successful intracellular uptake and expression also supported by RT-PCR and qRT-PCR.
