The developed laboratory installation for measuring the luminance coefficient of road surfaces is described. The method and measurement scheme are given. A mathematical model of the formation of a standardized reduced luminance coefficient table (r-table) is presented. A special computer program has been developed that allows for a limited sample of the measured values of the luminance coefficient to form an r-table in full format, as well as to calculate the indicators of lightening and specularity of this road surface. A comparison of the calculation results for a test installation of street lighting of average luminance of the road surface for standardized and calculated r-tables is carried out.
