Cognitive deficit in patients with CKD is associated with worse clinical outcomes and can affect up to 80% of this population. Physical activity has been shown to improve the markers for this deficit in other populations, with little evidence in young adult patients with CKD, where the association between these variables is limited. We aimed to analyze the association between cognitive performance and physical activity in young adults with chronic kidney disease on dialysis replacement therapy.
