Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) is a premalignant disorder that can give way to multiple myeloma and related plasma cell disorders. In patients with MGUS, ocular involvement is rare, although several cases of crystalline deposits in the corneal stroma have been reported which may be unilateral or bilateral. [1-4] Along with stromal deposits, corneal involvement may happen with varied presentations making imperative to be differentiated from corneal degenerations and dystrophies. We report a suspected case of MGUS presenting with uniocular involvement in the form of crystalline deposits over Descemet’s membrane, which is an infrequent manifestation of the occult systemic disorder.
