The Diabetic Foot Valley Project: bottom-up building of a community of practice for diabetic foot care in Tuscany

To implement the regional guidelines on the management of diabetic foot (DF) into real practice, the diabetiologists working in the public diabetologic services of the Tuscany Region Health Service launched an bottom-up initiative called Diabetic Foot Valley, aiming in creating a community of practice for DF care in Tuscany, Italy.
