This research discusses the novel “Haa and the Ashtar’s books” by the Algerian writer Azzedine Jalouji, as it is a narrative text that combines creativity and acculturation which questions the reader and calls upon his cultural references. We will also try to study the creative components of the text and the narrative techniques that were able to tightly blend reality and imagination on one hand, and creativity and culture on the other hand. In this study we try to highlight the interactive relationship between the writer’s cultural references and the creation of artistic and aesthetic astonishment through the dialogue of the text
