The Impact of Ministry of Education’s Audits on University Competitiveness from a Systems Thinking Perspective

This study provides a thorough examination of the auditing processes in private universities, with a focus on the impact of these audits on the universities' competitive abilities. The research reviews existing literature on the subject, primarily emphasizing the role of external financial audits as mandated by the Private School Act and the subsequent review practices. A significant portion of the research is devoted to understanding the legal challenges within the current auditing system, heavily reliant on guidelines from the Ministry of Education, and proposes necessary reforms. This research finds that consulting audit can help University competitiveness. because consulting can help employee to act positively and actively in case of embracing new process or system. also it can help to overcome overshooting phenomenon in audit's side effect.
