As a matter of fact, with the improvement of people's living standard, research on consumer behavior is increasingly emerging. Among them, the use of big data to study consumer behavior has become an important part of today's consumer research. With this in mind, through the study of big data in three specific aspects (i.e., tourism consumption, household energy consumption, as well as mobile payment consumption), this article compares the models of big data in studying consumer behavior. According to the analysis, it reflects the high efficiency, speed, and convenience of big data. In addition, the implementation of big data analysis is feasible in the consumer behavior analysis. At the same time, the current limitations for the state-of-art applications and models are analyzed and demonstrated. In the meantime, the future prospects and improvement suggestions are proposed accordingly. Overall, these results shed light on guiding further exploration of consumer analysis in terms of the big data techniques.
