Hypertensive tetraventricular hydrocephalus in association with polyradiculoneuritis and leptomeningitis in patients are very unusual conditions that can be related to viral infections. We report the case of a patient with severe post-covid 19 encephalopathy who underwent Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) as an “off-label” use.
